Abstract: |
The works comprised basic recording of the Quaker Meeting House, and monitoring of ground breaking works elsewhere on the site. A small section of a linear feature of potentially 16th century date was identified to the north of the Theatre Building. No other features or deposits of archaeological interest were identified, and it would appear that the ground to the north and north-east of the complex has been somewhat truncated over the last few centuries. |
