Abstract:		 This heritage statement was undertaken to inform a planning application for proposed alterations to the shop and car park at 43049 High Street, Walthamstow. The statement determined that the frontage was of medium significance while the side and rear were of negligible heritage significance. The proposed changes are considered to have a slight positive impact to the heritage significance of the building.
