Abstract: |
A Level 1 standing building survey was carried out on 30 January 2017. The cottage was probably constructed in the early 19th century and has been used as farm worker's accommodation until it was left unoccupied about 30 years ago. The main building is one phase and the stone building which was attached the NE gable has largely been demolished leaving wall stubs and foundations only. A tin shed which housed a bathroom was added to the NE gable at a later date. |
