Abstract:		 In June 2014 Archaeological Research Services Ltd was commissioned by Lindisfarne Homes to undertake an archaeological watching brief at Governors Garden, Berwick-Upon-Tweed, Northumberland. This work was required by Berwick-Upon-Tweed Borough Council as a condition of planning consent for the construction of 60 new dwellings and conversion of 6 no dwellings following demolition of outbuildings and garage buildings.
