Abstract: |
A detailed gradiometry and earth resistance survey was conducted over approximately 0.7 hectares of grassland. The surveys identified medieval or post-medieval narrow rig ploughing as the only probable archaeology on the site. The resistivity survey identified a possible area of structural remains, however this response could also be created by natural changes in the overlying soils. The remaining anomalies are natural, likely relating to varying soil depths and waterlogging. |
