Abstract:		 In November 2018 Archaeological Solutions Ltd carried out archaeological monitoring and recording on land at Greenacre, 5 The Highlands, Exning, Suffolk (NGR TL 627 658; Figs. 1 - 2). The monitoring was undertaken in compliance with a planning condition attached to planning approval for the construction of an extension to the property (Forest Heath Council Ref. DC/18/1282/HH), based on advice from Suffolk County Council Archaeological Service Conservation Team (SCC AS-CT). The site lies within an area of high archaeological potential recorded on the Suffolk Historic Environment Record. A substantial Iron Age enclosure ditch is located adjacent to the site (HER EXG 082). An early Anglo-Saxon cemetery with inhumation burials has also been investigated close by to the north (HER EXG 005 and 028). In the event the monitoring revealed no archaeological features or finds
