The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was maintained on the groundworks for a new residential development with associated access. This did not identify any archaeological activity and there were no finds. The findings comprised a simple deposit sequence of a topsoil horizon and a natural horizon of gravels. The site of a post-medieval windmill mound was recorded on the First Edition O.S, map of he area, but no evidence for this site was found.
