Abstract: |
Rapid Archaeological Investigation Survey of three proposed 5km heritage trails in Thetford Forest confirmed the presence of a number of previously recorded earthworks and identified some additional earthworks. These comprised two extraction pits (?19th century), a possible prehistoric burial mound, a series of post-medieval field or plantation boundaries, and two further banks that are possibly related to the known warren banks. |
