The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 This project was an archaeological observation of groundworks prior to construction at Daedalus Airfield that recorded evidence of prehistoric settlement. The period of monitoring at the Convertor Station successfully recorded a relatively dispersed collection of archaeological remains. The most significant of these remains were pits, ditches, and associated artefactual evidence, indicating settlement which dates to the Middle Bronze Age. Finds included Bronze Age pottery and worked flints.
