Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation was undertaken by South West Archaeology Ltd. (SWARCH) at the request of a Private Client as part of archaeological work before building works associated with the conversion of a garage/store into ancillary living accommodation with connection to the main dwelling and associated works, at Clovelly Dyke Green Farm, Clovelly, Devon. This work was carried out as a preliminary stage of works by S. Stevens on 16th October 2019 in accordance with the Written Scheme of Investigation (WSI; Boyd 2019) having been agreed during consultation with Historic England (HE) and Devon County Council Historic Environment Team (DCHET).
