Abstract: |
Monitoring of groundworks associated with an extension to the north elevation of St Mary's Church revealed a deep deposit of made ground containing post-medieval and modern rubble, though to be deposited during later works to the church. The north wall foundations were also observed and recorded during the monitoring visits. No articulated or disarticulated human remains were encountered. |
