Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief of the excavation of a service trench on land adjacent to Derwent Lane, Hope. The watching brief monitored the excavation down to the depth of development of a service trench, excavated by Northern Power Grid, for the installation of below-ground electricity cables. Two lynchets were present within the field of the service trench. No below ground archaeological features or deposits were identified during the ground works. |
