Abstract: |
Foundations Archaeology undertook an archaeological strip, map and sample on land at the junction of Naas Lane and Newhaven Road, Quedgeley, Glouceste. The archaeological works identified the presence of three ditches within the investigated areas. Two of the ditches were possibly related to a Roman ditch system, which had been identified in the previous excavation. The remaining ditch was part of a known Postmedieval field boundary. No other archaeological features or deposits were present within the investigated areas. |
