Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief and targeted building recording was carried out during the construction of a new extension. The watching brief resulted in the recovery of a small number of Post Medieval artefacts dating to the later 19th and early 20th centuries. The only archaeological feature found was an undated oval area of burning. The parts of the existing building affected by the new extension and other modifications were all shown to be of recent date. Chris Butler
