Abstract: |
The building was recorded prior to conversion. Most of the historic fabric had been removed with the construcition National Westminster offices. The frontages form the significant bulk of the surviving historic fabric, along with exposed sections of undercrofts, and likely more present behind modern finishings. Within 35 Broad Street is a high quality beam with chamfer and stops and probable evidence for the location of a second. Within the Everards building much of the front room also remains intact. |
