Abstract:		 Three parallel walls were recorded in the western part of the site, which are almost certainly associated with a building that is shown on historic maps from between 1873 and 1964, and was originally constructed as a Methodist chapel, before becoming the village hall in the early 20th century. The building was demolished in 1968. Two features in the eastern part of the site suggest some form of occupation during the Late Iron Age period, which seems to be restricted to a small area close to the northern edge of the site.
