Abstract:		 Historic building recording level 3 of Yew Tree Cottage and Yew Tree Farmhouse, both Grade II Listed Building, was carried out as part of a planning condition recommended by the Peak District National Park Authority, prior to their conversion. The Cottage is a 17th century building and the adjacent Farmhouse a possible late 18th century with later 19th and 20th century extensions and alterations.
