Abstract:		 The former factory complex began developing in the early 20th century although the majority of the buildings are from the 1930s and later, and show a range of construction types. The site as a whole and the exteriors of all buildings were photographically recorded, with interiors where accessible. The site's development has been traced and compared to historic maps.
