The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was undertaken by Oakford Archaeology in April 2022 at Netherton House, Drewsteignton, Devon. A watching brief was maintained during groundworks for the installation of a patio and associated retaining wall, involving the excavation of an area approximately 10m long, 4m wide and up to a depth of 0.9m. The works a simple deposit sequence above natural subsoil, including an early 19th century made ground. In addition, a small collection of post-medieval material was recovered from the works. Nothing of significance was found
