Abstract:		 A detailed magnetometer survey was conducted over approximately 4 ha of rough pasture on land south of Chapelwent Road, Haverhill. No definite archaeological remains have been identified. A few rectilinear anomalies have been detected, though their origin remains unclear. They could be archaeological, natural or a result of other modern activity. Evidence of ploughing / ridge and furrow has been identified, along with areas of made ground.
