Abstract:		 Ground reduction, a test pit, and excavation of new footings for an extension were monitored. No finds or features of archaeological interest were encountered. The works did not penetrate to the level of the underlying (Lynch Hill) gravel but did encounter brickearth (at 29.49m above OD).
