Abstract:		 Wardell Armstrong LLP (WA) was commissioned by Carlisle City Council to prepare a Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) for a proposed development at the site of the old Central Plaza Hotel, Carlisle (centred on NGR 340090,555687). This HIA aims to show the impact of the scheme on the heritage significance of upstanding and below ground heritage assets within the 200 m study area.
