Abstract: |
The 360 excavator, fitted with flat bladed ditching bucket, reduced the ground level in spits under constant observation. The natural ground was observed as a pink clay which changed to pink brown sand towards the north of the site Two possible features were identified, a short linear feature in the south-east of site and a curving linear in the north-west, a section was excavated in both, but no dating evidence was recovered |
