| Title | Report: Archaeological Recording |
| Description | During May and June 2018, Connect Archaeology carried out the archaeological recording during a monitored topsoil strip at Hunningham Road, near Offchurch, Warwickshire, during ground breaking works associated with the diversion of a high pressure gas main (Utility Area TX05). The site is located 200m to the north east of Offchurch, and approximately 5km east of Leamington Spa (centred on NGR SP 436580 266349). The Site comprises portions of three agricultural fields, all of which were under crop at the time of the archaeological recording, which is situated within a wider rural landscape of large rationalised post-war fields. The work, which forms part of a programme for archaeological recording for HS2 Area North, was overseen by Design Joint Venture (DJV). |
