DescriptionThis building in Bridlesgate is a timber-framed house, plastered and with a tiled gabled roof. It has four storeys and is one bay wide. It has a jettied attic with late nineteenth-century bargeboards and finial, and a jettied second floor on late nineteenth-century brackets. The ground floor has a large modern shop front. There is an eighteenth-century brick wing at the rear. It is hemmed in by tall late nineteenth-century buildings on either side.
