Carved stone post, Bath Road limestone shoulders design, erected by Speenhamland to Marlborough turnpike trust, 18th century. Inscription reads: // To / NEWBURY / 7 //To / LONDON / 63 //To / Hungerford / 2 //. Grade II listed by Historic England. Milestone Society National ID: BE_LB63. Last record: 2001.
