Abstract: More than three thousand pieces have been collected. There is evidence to suggest that some of the flint was imported from Ireland. Tools include flakes, scrapers, burins, microburins, cores, knives and arrowheads. Four of the items are made from Arran pitchstone. The industries have both Mesolithic and Neolithic components.
