On Landguard Point was an unusual project which linked archaeological excavation with performance art in an innovative mass-participation collaboration which culminated in a full-length feature film. It formed part of ‘Artists taking the Lead’, a series of twelve public art commissions across the UK to celebrate the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad and was funded by Arts Council England. | ||
