Abstract: NU 088261. Three contiguous kerbed burial cairns and two ?field clearance cairns in a group of about 85 were examined. A single 14C determination lies in 2nd millennium bc. The site is discussed in its upland environmental context; was the clearance for pasture or arable? Appended is a catalogue of small finds from surface collection in the region: flints, shale items.
