Abstract: This report details the analysis of a group of human bones believed to be those of the 7th-century missionary priest, Chad. The results of skeletal analysis and radiocarbon dating of the material are described and an interpretation offered. The possibility that at least some of the bones were indeed those of Chad has not been discounted.
