Abstract: Although there seemed to have been considerable potential for archaeological remains on the site of the churchyard, there was nothing to record, apart from the expected burial and a few scattered remains. A previously unrecorded tomb cover in the churchyard led to the postulated location of an earlier church building. [Au(abr)]
