Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	An archaeological desk-based assessment was undertaken in advance of a proposed mixed development. No known archaeological sites or significant historic features lay within the site. It appeared that the site area had been in agricultural use subsequent to having been cleared of trees in more recent centuries. Analysis of available air photographs for the site and a site walkover did not suggest any archaeological remains. Unknown archaeological remains could have been present but the site was viewed had having a low archaeological potential. [AIP]
