Abstract: |
A watching brief was undertaken on the construction of a new access road for Northumberland Water. The site was situated on the south side of Bishop Middleham Castle and close to the deer park. The route of the road cut the deer park ditch, deer park wall and the north-south road from the south gate of the castle. [Au(abr)] |
