Abstract: The excavation on the site prior to development identified a series of changing curtilage boundaries during the 18th and 19th centuries. A medieval burgage ditch was identified cut by a post-medieval rubbish pit. A post-medieval well was also identified along with a modern brick structure, which was present on the 1925 OS map.
