Abstract: <summary>A number of proposals were made concerning the site of the proposed development as a result of the assessment. It was recommended that all landscape features be surveyed and mitigation take place to prevent sub-surface disturbance to the very high archaeological potential site of Park Hall. It was proposed that a watching brief should be maintained over clearance works in the area of Park Hall to ensure below-ground remains were not disturbed, and that a protective layer of topsoil should be placed over the area. The display of archaeological and historical material about the site was also recommended, perhaps in the future leading to the excavation and display of remains as a visitor attraction. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea}
