Abstract:		 The archaeological evaluation involved the excavation of four trenches distributed across the site. One trench contained a buried timber branch, a post-medieval pit and box drain, whilst another trench contained two post medieval drains. All trenches observed natural and also large scale madeground deposits. No signficant remains were recorded.
