Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was undertaken by AOC Archaeology Group between 30th November 4th December 2006 at 121A Nun''s Street, Derby, on behalf of Bethrose Developments. The aim of the watching brief was to assess the impact of the proposed development on any surviving archaeological remains. The watching brief comprised of a 0.50m reduction of the entire site measuring approximately 144 square metres. The earliest features were limestone pad foundations of 18th-19th century date, part of a property demolished during later redevelopments. No other evidence of activity was recorded. No earlier archaeological remains or residual finds were identified on site.
