Abstract: |
Resistance and magnetic survey confirmed the line of the redoubt defences despite extensive modern disturbance across much of the site. In addition, the survey located the line of a later entrance and road into the redoubt. Unfortunately, most of the area proved unsuitable for geophysics because of the dense undergrowth, the trees and the modern debris on the ground surface (the site is used widely as a dumping ground for domestic debris). |
