Abstract: |
building recording and archaeological monitoring prior to conversion of 2 inter-linked barns and a brick range, part of a multi-phase farmstead on a moated site, with listed farmhouse. Conversion works were begun before the survey started. The remains of a probable 16th century barn (largely demolished!) and an 18th century barn built onto it and 19th century cattle range to the south. |
