Abstract:		 A desk based assessment and walkover survey of Distins Boatyard, Old Mill Creek, Dartmouth, Devon was undertaken in advance of the construction of new workshops on the site. This revealed that the footprint of the proposed development will impact upon the remains of 18th century limekilns. The neighbouring workmans cottages are unlikely to be impacted upon by the development.
