Abstract: |
Archaeology South-East (ASE), the contracting division of the Centre for Applied Archaeology, University College London, were commissioned by 4Delivery Limited (hereafter 4D) on behalf of Southern Water to undertake an archaeological watching brief during intrusive ground works associated with the enlargement of the existing water treatment works at Offham, East Sussex (NGR TQ 40133 12270). No significant archaeological remains were encountered during the groundworks. The work was undertaken from the 8th of August to the 17th of August 2011. |
