Abstract: |
Carpenter's Lock is located across the River Lea channel. The lock, with the banks around it, date from a period of construction following the passing of the River Lea (Flood Relief) Act in 1930 and are constructed variously in plain concrete or in concrete over steel coffering. The locks were recorded by photosurvey. |
