Abstract:		 A historic building survey was undertaken at 98 Cheyne Walk, a grade II* listed building during on-going restoration work. The project was focused only on those areas impacted upon by the works, and not the whole house. Areas of historic fabric (brick work) were exposed in the basement southern wall mass as well as the historic fabric (brick and stone work) of a party wall that spans the building.On the second floor the fabric of the party wall included a number of re-used Tudor bricks and re-used worked stone, some carved, dated to the medieval period.
