Abstract:		 Archaeological investigations undertaken by Northamptonshire Archaeology acting on behalf of CgMs Consulting on land at Spring Lane, Yelden, Bedfordshire revealed a sequence of activity dating from the Neolithic. Principal features excavated revealed evidence for Iron Age / Roman land division, settlement and burial, Saxon and medieval agriculture and medieval industrial activity.
