Abstract: |
Headland Archaeology undertook a geophysical survey at the site of the proposed A96(T) Dyce Drive Park and Choose and associated Link Road (Dyce). The work formed part of a programme of archaeological non-invasive investigations to facilitate the construction of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route and associated schemes (AWPR). Fluxgate gradiometer survey was used to cover the footprint of the proposed scheme. The results of the survey do not suggest the presence of any dense concentrations of detectable archaeological features. The majority of the magnetic disturbances appear to be of non-archaeological origin. |
