Abstract:		 This report provides a written and photographic record at English Heritage (2006) Level 3 of a cart lodge/granary and stable at NGR TL 8143 2136. It has been prepared to a brief written by Essex County Council's Historic Environment Management team (Teresa O'Connor, dated August 2010) and is intended to fulfil a condition of planning permission for conversion (application no 10/00236/LBC). The cart lodge/granary is a Grade 2 listed building.
