Abstract:		 An archaeological desk-based assessment was carried out by Archaeological Services Durham University at the Teanlowe Centre, Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancs. in July 2012 in advance of a proposed redevelopment. The assessment identified that the site had been within part of the medieval and post-medieval town, to the rear of the street frontage. However, any archaeological resource would have been heavily truncated by construction of the current centre.
