Abstract: This report details the results of an archaeological watching brief at Home Farm House, Village Road, Cockayne Hatley, Bedfordshire, undertaken by Pre-Construct Archaeology Ltd. on behalf of Hanson Homes. The watching brief recorded twentieth century made ground and a late post-medieval wall cutting subsoil. Natural Gault Clay was not encountered. .
