Abstract:		 In November 2008 an evaluation was carried out at Church Farm House, Church Lane, Saunderton, Buckinghamshire, Due to the proximity to a scheduled ancient monument the area was considered to be archaeologically sensitive. Two trenches were excavated both revealing modern features containing brick, tile and other waste material. No other archaeological features or artefacts were noted, and it is unlikely that the proposed development will have a significant impact on buried archaeological remains.
