Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was conducted for NPS Property Consultants Ltd during groundworks associated with the demolition of the former Peterhouse First School and the construction of the Peterhouse Care Home on the same site. No archaeological features were exposed and no finds were collected during the work. It seems that the site has been subject to agricultural activities in the past, creating a subsoil, but no other archaeological activity was evident.
